After getting a letter from one of the readers of the daily online newspaper "IlNordEstQuotidiano", I investigated the sometimes difficult relationship between sellers and buyers. In this case I found that the Amazfit branch of Huami did not behave in an acceptable way...

In order to write an article for the online daily "IlNordEstQuotidiano" I am investigating some problems experienced by customers that have bought malfunctioning Amazfit products and were not able to get effective help by the Customer Support services, notwithstanding months of attempts. In order to write a correct report for our readers, detailing all points of view, I need to ask a few questions to people in charge of Amazfit Customer Care.

From what I have understood until now, Amazfit acted irresponsibly, never taking charge of a defective product still under warranty.

Bought Amazfit Bip U from an online store and using it for more than 2 months. Sometimes the sleep detection is just useless.

Every other bands have a very sleek detection. This watch won't detect it for a week sometimes. When we nap at daytime, it detects it flawlessly. SpO2 also works only in paper.

There's only manual scanning.

Everytime when we're scanning it fails. Tried every instructions provided by the company, no gains.

Some replies were about 2 days late. Lately they apologized for the delay. The issue is still unsolved.
